By accessing this website and placing an order, the client confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions.

3. Scope of Services

The Service Provider offers digital services, including but not limited to:

marketing / SEO audits
online consulting
digital strategy services
other customized services

All services are delivered exclusively online.

4. Conclusion of the Contract

The distance contract is considered concluded at the moment the payment is successfully confirmed.

The Service Provider reserves the right to refuse an order in justified cases.

5. Prices and Payment

All prices are displayed in RON and include VAT.

Payment is made online by bank card via the payment processor Netopia Payments.

The client is responsible for providing accurate payment details.

6. Delivery of Services

Services are delivered:

via email
or through online sessions (Zoom / Google Meet)

The delivery timeframe is specified on each service page or communicated directly to the client.

7. Right of Withdrawal

According to OUG No. 34/2014, the client has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days.

⚠️ However:

By completing the payment, the client:

expressly agrees that the service provision may begin before the withdrawal period expires
acknowledges that they will lose their right of withdrawal once the service has started

8. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation is only possible before the service has started
After the service has started or been delivered, no refunds will be granted

The Service Provider may, in exceptional cases, grant a partial refund at its sole discretion.

9. Client Obligations

The client agrees to:

provide accurate and complete information
actively cooperate during consulting services
respect scheduled appointments

10. Limitation of Liability

The Service Provider does not guarantee specific results (e.g. SEO rankings, revenue growth), as these depend on external factors beyond its control.

11. Intellectual Property

All materials delivered are protected by copyright and may only be used by the client for their own purposes.

12. Data Protection

Personal data is processed in accordance with GDPR and the Privacy Policy available on the website.

13. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Romania.

Any disputes shall be settled by the competent courts of Romania.
